The rules for using Noteithere, written as plainly as we can.

Using Noteithere

Noteithere helps you turn messages into reminders. You may use it for personal and work purposes. You're responsible for the messages you share into it and for having the right to share them.

AI results — always check before saving

Noteithere uses AI to understand messages. It is designed never to invent details and to label anything it wasn't told, but it can still make mistakes. Please check the preview — dates, times, amounts and payment deadlines — before you confirm. Suggested payment deadlines are suggestions, not the supplier's terms.

Plans and payment

  • Daily, Standard and Pro are subscriptions paid through Apple, monthly or yearly. They renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A yearly subscription is charged once a year.
  • Free trial: the first time you open Noteithere, a 7-day free trial starts, with 3 AI Pro Reads, unlimited Basic Reads and 2 Excel exports. It needs no payment and doesn't turn into a subscription by itself. When it ends, you need to choose a plan to keep using Noteithere; your reminders stay on your device.
  • Each plan includes a number of AI Pro Reads a month (1 AI Pro Read = 1 message analyzed with advanced AI). They start again on the 1st of each month and unused reads don't carry over. When they're used up, messages still get a Basic Read on your device.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
  • We'll tell you in advance if prices or plan limits change.

Sharing with others

Only invite people who expect to hear from you, and only add people to sharing groups when you have a reason to contact them. Invitations are sent from your own email app, in your name.

Fair use

Don't use Noteithere to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to break or overload the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Responsibility

Noteithere is a helper, not a guarantee. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and on the details being correct. We're not responsible for missed bookings, payments or appointments. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.
