Common questions
How do I share a message from Zalo or WhatsApp?
Press and hold the message → Share → Noteithere. The first time on iPhone, tap "More" at the end of the app row and turn Noteithere on. You can also copy the message and paste it into Noteithere.
Why does it say "Read on this device"?
That message got a Basic Read on your device instead of an AI Pro Read — for example with no internet, or when your AI Pro Reads for the month (or for the free trial) are used. No AI Pro Read was used, and you can still edit anything before saving.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Noteithere → Allow Notifications, and that Focus mode isn't hiding them. In Noteithere, Settings → Notifications shows whether alerts are on.
My colleagues didn't see the invitation.
Invitations are emails sent from your own email app — ask them to check spam, and make sure you pressed Send. Each person accepts it in their own calendar; Noteithere can't add it for them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Noteithere → Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my data?
In Noteithere: Settings → Manage Data → Delete all my data. Removing the app also removes the reminders stored on that device.
